BLT Steak Atlanta continues its successful Vines & Vintages: All-American Dinner Series with Duckhorn Vineyards on March 29. Chef de Cuisine Matt Ratcliffe has perfectly paired each wine with an exquisite three-course feast.

Diners will be delighted as they feast upon specialty pairings such as a first course of Pimento Cheese Vol-au-vent with Tomato Jam and Mom’s Deviled Eggs with Pickled Georgia Shrimp, followed by a Pole Bean Salad with fine herbs, Vidalia onion, corn bread and green garlic. The main course is a 36-hour North Carolina Dry-Rubbed Smoked Brisket with Bread & Butter pickles, Carolina sauce and a Wonder Bread puree.

Each Monthly Wine Dinner at BLT Steak is available for $80 per person (not including tax and gratuity).
