1. art | DBF After Dark: Saturday. When the sun goes down on the AJC Decatur Book Festival, stick around for Lenz presents art|DBF After Dark, an arts and culture street party like nothing you’ve ever experienced.
2. Library Book Sale: Saturday. The Friends of the Decatur Library will host a book sale during the Decatur Book Festival on August 31 from 9 am to 3 pm on the front lawn of the Decatur Library, weather permitting. 
3. $5 Community Yoga with Jared Dawson: Friday. Relax and renew at the end of your week with a lunch-time restorative yoga practice.
4. Science on Tap: World Premiere of “Whale Sharks of the Yucatan": Saturday. Join us as Georgia Aquarium’s very own Dr. Al Dove, Director of Research and Conservation, and guest speaker and two-time Emmy® award winning filmmaker, George Schellenger, provide us with a special Science on Tap focusing on whale shark conservation as we kick off “Whale Shark Weekend 2013.”
