We'll be bringing a bunch of fresh organic breads and treats like farmhouse white, lots of sprouted wheat, olive sourdough, hearth white, multisprout, bolillos, local tomato and feta croissants, tomato parmesan brioche, raw bonbons and more.

We have EGGS! We feed our chickens *only* Certified Organic feed and available free-range forage on Certified Organic pasture. No GMO, No Soy and No Animal by-products in our feed. 1 dozen Grade A eggs. We also have whole frozen roasting chickens, raised and fed the same as our layer chickens. These chickens are juicy and flavorful.

This week we will have the best Arancine (rice ball) you will ever eat. Our frozen foods will be pasta forno (oven baked pasta), lasagna, gluten free eggplant parmigiana., regular eggplant parmigiana .zucchini, parmigiana gluten free, and sausage and peppers. We have our fresh pasta and our dried pasta (all our pasta is made with 100% organic semolina flour). We have our fresh crostini (flat bread) comes in many flavors. We also have all of our antipastas and our homemade sauce and peeled tomatoes. This week for dessert we have our fresh cannoli and gluten free cookies.
