Absentee ballots and voting

Absentee voting is underway. If you have requested an absentee ballot and have received it you have options to return the ballot. You can mail the ballot back in please do so before June 9th. You can drop off the ballot to one one of the special ballot boxes. The closest site where the ballot box is located is at the South Cobb Government Center 4700 Austell Road. You can hand deliver the ballot to voting precincts beginning May 18th at 736. Whitlock Ave. NW, 736 400 Marietta, GA 30064 and beginning June 1st to June 5th at the

West Cobb Senior Center: 4915 Dallas Highway, Powder Springs

• 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday-Friday, June 1-5. Or

Riverside Epicenter located at 135 Riverside Parkway Austell Georgia hours 8am to 6pm.

Or at your voting precinct on June 9th.

If you want to vote in person and not use ballot you must turn in the the ballot so it can be void. If you requested a ballot please be on the lookout for your ballot within 2 weeks of requesting a ballot, if you requested a ballot and do not receive a ballot within 3 days of the last day to vote which is June 9th. Please contact Cobb Board of elections 770-528-2581 so you can vote in person.
