On this episode of The Chairman's Brief, Mr. Scamihorn speaks with three school administrators from Cobb Schools as well as Chief School Leadership Officer Sherri Hill.

Three principals from Cobb—Maria Clark from East Side Elementary School, Tia Amlett from Barber Middle School, and Josh Morreale from Osborne High School—join Ms. Hill to discuss the challenges and successes of running a school in these modern and ever-changing times, especially during a pandemic.

Making children feel safe, welcome, and heard is an important part of the education process. All three principals discuss how they help to facilitate this at their schools, and Ms. Hill discusses how she supports the principals in their mission and vision.
