Be the Salt to Her Pepper
A Bluetick Coonhound from the Cherokee County Animal Shelter needs a home.

This 4-year-old Bluetick Coonhound is looking for a family to come home to every night. Her name is Pepper, and she comes by it honestly with a short, brindle and merle coat. She's 55 pounds and up-to-date on all her shots. Email sdcaldwell@cherokeega.com if you want to bring Pepper home with you.

The  is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m for adoptions. It is located at 1015 Univeter Road in Canton.

The adoption fee is $75 for all dogs and cats which includes pets being spayed or neutered, a microchip, the first round of routine vaccinations, Heartworm test for adult dogs, Leukemia/AIDs test for adult cats and Leukemia for kittens.
