Construction, Engineering Company Moves Headquarters To Woodstock

WOODSTOCK, GA — CMI Limited Co. announced Wednesday the relocation of their corporate office to Woodstock which will take place in December. CMI is a manufacturer of innovative products which provide value added sustainable solutions for the construction and engineering communities.

“Our partnership with Cherokee County started in the late nineties with a modest investment in a leased manufacturing facility. CMI’s growth, along with Cherokee County’s support, then fueled a long-term commitment and major investment in a state-of-the-art greenfield manufacturing site in 2006,” said Duane Bryant, CEO of CMI Limited Co.

Bryant stated, “For over 20 years, Cherokee County has been our manufacturing home, where we have felt valued and supported by both the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners and the Cherokee Office of Economic Development. Moving our corporate team from Marietta to Woodstock puts us closer to our manufacturing operations and provides more opportunity to attract the county’s talent base and foster economic growth.”

CMI’s move will relocate 30 jobs to 8,000 square feet of new office space at the Fowler Crossing development off Hwy. 92.

Cherokee Office of Economic Development Chairman Marshall Day said, “we have been proud to work with CMI over the years and are thrilled to have their headquarters moving to Woodstock. It’s a testament to our business brand and our quality workforce.”
