Engel and Volkers Buckhead Atlanta To Market Active Adult Development
Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta announces its partnership with Jim Chapman Communities to market Sweet Briar Farms in Woodstock.

Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta is pleased to announce its partnership with Jim Chapman Communities (JCC) to market Sweet Briar Farms, a new active adult community in Woodstock, on Trickum Road just north of Arnold Mill Road.
Sweet Briar Farms is a gated community of 85 active adult, age-restricted, ranch style homes, some available with basement, with side entry garages and a third car option.
“We’ll start pre-selling the well-designed new homes in Sweet Briar Farms in January, with price points from the mid $300s,” says Jamie Mock, Vice President of Builder Developer Services with Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta. “Jim Chapman Communities has developed successful active adult communities throughout greater Atlanta, and this Woodstock location, not far from the Georgia mountains but still close to Atlanta, will appeal to many who are looking to start the next chapter in their lives.”

Sweet Briar Farms features 85-foot wide lots, with a beautiful walking trail running between Mill Creek, as well as a picturesque farm pond. There will be community gardens, a clubhouse with a large meeting room, a catering kitchen, exercise room, card room and a swimming pool.
The ranch-style homes will feature fine detail, spacious floor plans, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Every Sweet Briar Farms home will comply with the ALL Home Program, promoting accessibility via wider doorways, ample maneuvering space in showers and zero-step entries from the garage into the home.

“Woodstock is convenient to Atlanta and has a wonderfully vibrant downtown with top drawer restaurants and retail,” says Jim Chapman, President of Jim Chapman Communities. “These days, land is harder and harder to find. We have been looking for a long time. We finally found a beautiful 67-acre site that was a former working farm, closed on it in October and are excited to be developing it now. Model home construction will begin in mid-January 2016 with full bore home construction starting in late spring and finished home deliveries starting in September 2016.”
