Active adults have just four opportunities remaining to call The Orchards of East Cherokee home.

Also available is an Ashewood plan, which is scheduled to be complete in mid-October. This home includes a screened porch, two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level, while the second floor has an activities room and full bathroom.
The final available home features the Charleston plan, which will be complete in mid-November. This spacious plan includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a den that can be converted to a third bedroom.
