Funeral On June 30 For Woodstock Man Found Dead

Conner McKeeth, 24, was last seen leaving his Towne Lake home on Monday, June 25.

WOODSTOCK, GA — The funeral service for the Woodstock man who was found dead after his family reported him missing earlier this week will be held on Saturday.

Friends and family will say a final goodbye to Conner McKeeth, 24, at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 30 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church at 1208 Rose Creek Drive in Woodstock. The family will receive friends and visitors from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, June 29 at Woodstock Funeral Home.

McKeeth was last seen leaving his home in the Towne Lake community on Monday, June 25, the Cherokee Sheriff's Office previously said. His family reported him missing to the Cherokee Sheriff's Office. Unfortunately, the agency shared the news of McKeeth's passing Tuesday afternoon on its Facebook page.

"Thank you to everyone in our community and beyond for sharing the missing person posting for Conner McKeeth," the sheriff's office said. "After an extensive investigation CSO located Conner McKeeth deceased this afternoon, Tuesday, June 26, 2018."

The family asks that residents consider making a donation to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
