Golf Tournament Raises Funds For Shop With A Hero

WOODSTOCK, GA -- The Woodstock Public Safety Foundation will soon have another way you can contribute to its cause.

The organization will host its first-ever golf tournament at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16 at Bradshaw Farms Golf Club.

The tournament will serve as a fundraiser for the Foundation's Shop With a Hero program, which pairs less fortunate children with an officer or firefighter to pick out gifts during the holiday season.

Registration for the tournament will begin at 8 a.m., and the tee off will be held at 9:30 a.m.

The entry fee for a team of four is $300.
