180 New Active Adult Homes Coming To Cherokee County

HOLLY SPRINGS, GA -- In March, Lennar Atlanta, a division of Lennar (NYSE:LEN), the second-largest residential builder in the U.S., will open two new home communities in Cherokee County specifically targeted to the booming active adult market.

The Gardens of Harmony North, right inside the desirable master-planned Harmony on the Lakes community, will offer 40 detached, thoughtfully designed homes with top quality finishes and spacious layouts.

On April 22-23, Lennar Atlanta will host the model grand opening at The Gardens of Harmony North, where interested buyers will be able to check out the spacious new homes, with 2 or 3 bedrooms, on a single or one-and-a-half level, ranging from 1974 sq. ft. to 2600 sq. ft.
