Lindsay Mae Simmons, 17, Dies After Long Battle With Leukemia

On May 9th, 2016, Lindsay Mae Simmons, age 17, passed away after a long and courageous battle with leukemia. Lindsay's spirit has touched many lives, her love and compassionate nature made her unforgettable.

Lindsay is survived by parents, Sara and David Simmons; sister Hannah Simmons; grandparents, Wayne and Jackie Brand, Barbara Dariff and Theresa Brendel.

A celebration of life was held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at Dressler’s Jewish Funeral Care, 3734 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, Atlanta, GA 30341. She was laid to rest at Arlington Memorial Park.
