WOODSTOCK, GA -- A new residential community is up and running, waiting for buyers looking to relocate closer to downtown Woodstock.

Sessions, the co-founder of Hedgewood Properties, was a key player in influencing redevelopment on the east side of the railroad tracks in downtown Woodstock.
Sessions and her husband, Don, came to Woodstock and worked with city employees to design "this great place to live," Perry said.

After building in Towne Lake for 29 years, Perry and his new partners are excited to bring their talent to the center of Woodstock.
When asked why people would consider living here, Perry responded, “Woodstock isn’t hot, as everyone says," he added. "It’s a wonderful place to live. It’s red hot.”
