WOODSTOCK, GA -- A local building company is fast at work constructing its planned 19-home development just east of Woodstock's central business district.
Rezide Properties, co-owned by Tony Perry, began construction this week at their development less than a mile from the new Northside Hospital-Cherokee Amphitheater and Reformation Brewery.
Concrete slabs have recently been poured for their first set of homes and completion is expected by mid-March 2017, the company said.

With a history of building in Cherokee County for over 28 years, Tony Perry has now designed a boutique neighborhood with three unique floor plans; the most recent addition being his courtyard city homes that will feature an abundance of natural light, optional pool, master on the main floor and courtyard entertaining areas.
“My wife Patti and I are so excited about building in our newest community that has one of the the best amenities – living in downtown Woodstock,” Perry said.
