Parade Of Homes Highlights Metro Atlanta On Self-Guided Tours

METRO ATLANTA, GA — If you enjoy watching TV shows taking a peek inside other people's homes, or often search homes online to see the photos, now is your chance to do it in person.

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association recently announced the dates for its annual Parade of Homes, a free, self-guided tour event featuring model and inventory homes throughout metro Atlanta. Interested consumers have three weekends beginning on Saturday, April 24-25, May 1-2 and May 8-9, to tour new homes from local home builders.

The Atlanta Parade of Homes features new homes throughout some of the most popular in town and metro Atlanta locations. Many of the participating homes are decorated models that feature the latest design trends and options in a variety of sizes, layouts and architectural styles. The Parade will feature everything from affordable entry-level homes and town homes, moderately priced and large homes in popular neighborhoods, and elegant custom homes in exclusive communities.

"The Atlanta Parade of Homes offers those in the home buying process, and even those simply considering buying, the opportunity to view several communities over three weekends,” said Corey Deal, executive officer of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. “It is a great time to buy a new home in metro Atlanta, and we are excited to play a part in facilitating that for our community.”

The Parade offers homebuyers an opportunity to explore different communities and surrounding areas, and select the perfect home design, features and home site location.
