Path & Post Launches New Homes Division

WOODSTOCK, GA -- Less than four months after launching as an independent brokerage, Path & Post Real Estate has rolled out a new homes divisions for its operations.

Path & Post co-owners Becky Babcock and Brad Nix said the new homes division was selected to lead the sales and marketing at The Preserve at Canyon Ridge in Canton, a neighborhood with 182 lots and home prices in the $200,000's and $300,000's.

“It has a close-knit community feel, unlike some mega-neighborhoods,” Babcock said. “The larger lots are sized from just under one-third of an acre up to two-thirds of an acre, with some having mountain views.”

Nix added Path & Post’s modern marketing approach will enable the new homes division to creatively showcase what makes The Preserve at Canyon Ridge an exceptional new homes community.

The new neighborhood has multiple floor plans, basement and slab lots, and two- and three-car garage plans to meet the needs of today’s discerning home buyers, Babcock said.

“Open-concept ranch plans provide fantastic options for buyers who love to entertain, while two-story plans give homeowners space for other needs, like a growing family or home-office,” she added.

The community clubhouse and pool are under construction, with a late spring opening. The community space also includes a playground for young children, and a fire pit, which is perfect for stargazing at night.

Located in a serene and peaceful rural setting, it is only a few miles to Canton’s grocery stores, shopping and restaurants, Nix said.

The community, located at 403 Canyon Creek Landing in Canton, has two model homes open on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., and six homes ready for immediate closings.
