Real Estate Lawyers Expand Office To Woodstock

WOODSTOCK, GA — Cook & James, the Atlanta-based real estate law firm which pioneered at-home closings, is furthering its expansion efforts by opening a new location in Woodstock.

“We have been laying the groundwork for our expansion efforts strategically over the last three years," Heather James, co-founding partner at Cook & James said. "Today’s announcement about our new office is the newest marker of our ongoing success."

The new Woodstock office will open immediately and is in response to more business in the northern Atlanta suburbs and in Cherokee County. The firm’s existing office in the Alpharetta/Roswell area will maintain its current level of staffing and services. Both offices not only provide employee workspaces, but locations for training, team building and professional development, as well as alternative closing locations for the firm’s signature at-home solution, in which attorneys travel anywhere that is convenient for a client’s real estate closing transaction.
