Virtual Woodstock Memorial Day Ceremony To Be Streamed Online

Woodstock's annual Memorial Day Ceremony will take place virtually this year, instead of in The Park at City Center.

WOODSTOCK, GA – Woodstock's annual Memorial Day Ceremony will take place virtually this year, instead of in The Park at City Center, due to social distancing measures that are in place to help stop the spread of the new coronavirus.

The city will stream a virtual Memorial Day Ceremony on YouTube and Facebook this year.

Miss Georgia 2019, Victoria Hill, will open the virtual ceremony by singing The Star-Spangled Banner. Cub Scout Pack 625 will then lead the Pledge of Allegiance and Mayor Donnie Henriques will share a welcome statement and his Memorial Day 2020 Proclamation.
