Woodstock Real Estate Team Wins Diamond Award

Top-producing Realtor Ursula Dahle and her seven team members, known collectively as Ursula & Associates, were honored by the Cherokee Association of Realtors with the Diamond Award for their sales made in 2014.

Only one of four residential teams have received the honor, which is the highest sales recognition given by CoAR.

In 2014, Ursula & Associates, based out of the Keller Williams Realty Partners office in Woodstock, had $20 million in gross sales and 100 closed sides.

They are consistently the number one selling team in the 30189 zip code. The Keller Williams office where they are based is also the number one Cherokee County real estate brokerage.

“We are thrilled with how many local families we helped last year and, if the first quarter of this year is any indication, we will help add even more neighbors to our area,” said Ursula Dahle. “Compared to the fourth quarter of 2014, our market area has already seen an increase of 11.1 percent in median sales price in the first quarter.”

Dahle’s only concern entering the active spring real estate market is a lack of homes for sale. It’s currently a seller’s market, with homes staying on the market an average of 67 days.

Outperforming the local market, Ursula & Associates has an average listing time of less than half that — 31 days — with nearly full asking price offer sales prices (98.36 percent as of the end of April).

Every team member resides in the Woodstock or surrounding area, with several living in the master-planned Towne Lake community in which they specialize. Ursula & Associates assists home buyers and sellers in Cherokee and Cobb counties at all price levels.
