Hawaii State Public Library Announces The Search For Alien Life & A Home On Mars On April 7

Attend a free NASA@My Library virtual event with Dr. Jesse Tarnas, a member of the Science Team for the Perseverance Mars rover. Dr. Tarnas will talk about the recently-landed Perseverance Mars rover mission and what it means for science and the future of humans in space. He’ll describe his journey from Waimea on the island of Hawaii, to NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, including some adventures along the way, like studying ancient water 1.5 miles underground! This Zoom event is suitable for ages 9+. Registration is required.
