CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Fagaloa Faatelepu (also known as Frankie Tunoa) who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE Probation. He has eight prior convictions and isknown to frequent the Honolulu area.Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300.
