Honolulu Police Department: Crimestoppers: Witnesses To Attempted Murder Wanted

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department would like to ask the public for their assistance in locating witnesses and identifying the suspect(s) in an Attempted Murder in the Second Degree case that happened in the Waikiki area.

On Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at approximately 10:55 p.m., the victim was driving in the Waikiki area when he realized that he was being followed by a black BMW SUV. The victim pulled over on Liliuokalani Avenue at which time two males exited the BMW and robbed the victim at gun point. An altercationensued and the victim was shot. Both males then fled in the BMW. The victim was then transported to an area hospital for treatment of his gunshot wounds.
