Medicare Workshops offered to Kupunas

MDX Hawai`i network of healthcare providers are sponsoring complimentary workshops about navigating the complexities of Medicare

Oahu, HI, April 9, 2019 — Medicare can be complex, but those who want to understand it better can take advantage of a series of educational workshops available to kupunas. If you are approaching your mid-60s; eligible for Medicare coverage; or over 65 and about to retire; you will want to attend one of four complimentary “Medicare 101” workshops in Hawai`i. Everyone is welcome to attend to learn more about how Medicare works, what it covers, when to enroll and how to avoid late enrollment penalties.

The Medicare 101 seminars will be held at Ala Moana Pacific Center, 1585 Kapiolani Blvd., Suite 1020, Honolulu, and are scheduled as follows:

  • Wednesday, April 24 (5:30-7:30)
  • Saturday, May 4 (9:00-11:00am)
  • Monday, May 13 (5:30-7:30pm)
  • Thursday, May 23 (5:30-7:30pm)
