Boise Fire Department's Recruit Academy Graduates
All of this was done while being faced with the challenges of COVID-19. This class has a total of 15 graduates.

Boise Fire Recruit Academy Class #35 graduated today at the Boise Fire Training Center. The Recruits had 20 weeks of rigorous training both in the field and in the classroom. Their training was filled with all the facets of Fire covering: EMS, wildland, live fire, specialty teams, extrication, and mental health. They are given many scenarios to run through along with testing to ensure they are ready to start official duty when they graduate. All of this was done while being faced with the challenges of COVID-19. This class has a total of 15 graduates and will officially start duty on Tuesday, June 1.
