
BOISE, ID — A new report released today by realtyhop ranks Boise as the 29th weakest housing market in the United States.
Homes in the Boise area were forced to reduce the asking price by $15,500, or 3.48 percent, to be taken off the market.

The report analyzes over 300,000 real estate listings for the report across the nation. According to the report, Chandler, Arizona holds the distinction as the hottest housing market, replacing last month's Henderson, Nevada.
Holding as the coldest market in the U.S., Detroit, Michigan saw an average of 8.16% price drop. In dollar amounts, Detroit was forced to drop prices $6,000.
