Boise Schools and BSU Partner For COVID-19 Testing and Vaccines
Boise State University will offer free COVID testing and vaccination services through its on-campus Public Health office.

BOISE, ID — The Boise School District is joining forces with Boise State University to offer COVID-19 testing and vaccinations for district families, students and staff.
The testing and vaccinations take place at the clinic located at 2100 W University Dr. Free parking is available in the Brady Street Garage. At this time, appointments are required.

COVID Testing
- Non-invasive COVID-19 testing that’s fast and easy for families on the go.
- Patients visiting the Boise State COVID Testing Center will provide a saliva sample for analysis in the University's on-campus clinical laboratory.
- For young children, Boise State offers an oral swab alternative.
- Boise State utilizes molecular, PCR-based testing for highly sensitive and accurate results.
- Test results are generally available within 24-48 hours through a secure, online patient portal, and can be used for travel documentation.
- Schedule a COVID testing appointment today!
- Each person testing must register for their testing using a unique email address. If you don't have enough email addresses for each person testing in your family, call (208) 426-1038 for assistance.
- Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Patients should refrain from eating or drinking 30 minutes before their appointment.

- Boise State accepts insurance to cover administrative costs for COVID-19 testing; however, there are no co-pays or out-of-pocket fees for service, and uninsured individuals will not be charged for testing.
- If you accidentally receive a billing statement following your visit, contact the OnDemand Billing Office at (208) 947-5390 or email covidtesting@boisestate.edu to have the charges removed.
- COVID Vaccinations
- Boise State offers free COVID vaccinations at its Boise State Vaccination Clinic.
- Clinic staff are trained to administer the following vaccine types: Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine (two-dose vaccine for ages 12+; note: FDA granted Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for children ages 12 to 15, which was approved by a CDC advisory committee on Wednesday, May 12, 2021; Moderna vaccine (two-dose vaccine currently authorized for patients ages 18+), and Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine (single-dose vaccine for patients ages 18+).
- Schedule a COVID vaccination appointment today!
- You do not have to be an Idaho resident to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
- All patients must remain at the clinic for at least 15 minutes after vaccination for observation.
- If you receive a two-dose vaccine, your second dose appointment will be confirmed during your visit.
