First Idaho AT&T Retail Studio Opens in Eagle
Design is Part of Retail Strategy to Reach Customers Where They Are
A new AT&T store concept is bringing our services closer to home for businesses and residents in Eagle. A new AT&T retail studio just opened on 617 E. State Street. The store offers AT&Tβs full portfolio of entertainment and communication products and services.
The new Eagle store is the first AT&T retail studio to open in Idaho. The smaller store design is part of AT&Tβs retail strategy to reach customers where they are.
βWe want to be nimble and quick to adapt in how we serve our Treasure Valley customers,β said Jeremiah Schmitt, director of sales, AT&T-Idaho. βWith this studio design, we are able to get into more convenient locations for our customers.β

In addition to the retail studios, AT&T is expanding points of distribution with the use of mobile stores and pop-up stores. The mobile stores deliver a store experience on wheels at concerts, festivals, sporting events and the like. The pop-up stores require much less construction and wiring and can be up and running within 60 days of signing a lease.
These innovative store formats make it easier and more convenient for customers to interact with our products and get help from our representatives.
