Vallow, along with her husband Chad Daybell are charged with multiple counts of conspiracy to murder, first-degree murder and other charges in the death of her two children-Joshua "JJ"Vallow and Tylee Ryan-and the death of Daybell's first wife, Tammy Daybell.
The order comes after Vallow's defense attorney, Mark Means, requested an evaluation in March. A clinical psychologist met with Vallow in the Madison County Jail on two days, writing she was "not competent to proceed." In response, Prosecutor Rob Wood originally filed a contest to the findings, but later rescinded his argument.
