Summer Lunches Coming Courtesy Of Boise Schools
With the end of school quickly approaching, Boise Schools have announced the summer lunch program.

BOISE, ID — Summer meals will be provided to children ages one through 18 at a number of school, park, and library sites without charge. Lunch and breakfast or snacks (depending on location) will be served Monday through Friday beginning June 1st through July 23rd, 2021.

-Breakfast and lunch will be served at both West Junior High and Morley Nelson from 12-12:30 p.m. with no service on July 5.

-Meals will also be served at Garfield, Grace Jordan, Whitney and Whittier Elementaries starting on June 21. Meal times are same as above.
-Meal times at Frank Church High School will begin at 11:30 a.m. and continue until 12 p.m. Meal delivery begins June 1 with no service on July 5.

-A Grab & Go Lunch and Snack will start June 1 at the Hillcrest location of the Boise Public Library starting at 12 p.m. The service at this location will end June 18.
-Grab & Go Lunch and Snack will also be available at Borah Park, Cassia Park, Owyhee Park, Ivywild Park, Winstead Park, Sunset Park and the main location of the Boise Public Library starting June 1 and ending July 23. Meals will be served starting at 12 p.m.
All children up to 18 years of age are eligible for the free meals.
