Saluting The Class Of 2021: Shamarreon Redmond Of Joliet Central Township Highschool
Before this year's seniors head on to that next step in their lives, we want to take a moment to let their stars shine here on Patch.
ACROSS ILLINOIS, IL — The high school seniors of 2021 have had an experience like no other in a century — a year upended by a pandemic and by lockdowns that kept them from enjoying many of the activities that previous seniors have taken for granted.
Patch hopes to help make it up to those seniors by giving them a special sendoff. We asked parents and other family members to pay tribute to this year’s grads using a special submission form so we can publish those tributes one by one.
Shamarreon Redmond will graduate from Joliet Central Township Highschool.

Special message: I would like to let my child know that the world is yours and u can have it if you want. I know this year was a major struggle for you being outside the school and not face to face with your teachers but even though it was hard you showed me you will win.
