ILLINOIS — The entire state, except for the City of Chicago, moved into phase 3 of the Restore Illinois coronavirus reopening plan on Friday, allowing bars and restaurants to open for outdoor dining, along with salons, barbershops and other businesses previously deemed "nonessential."

Businesses are required to enforce social distancing and implement new rules, including requiring wait staff to wear masks and spacing tables at least 6 feet apart and away from sidewalks.
