Voter Participation Center (VPC) mailing to all Illinois citizens not registered to vote.
The Illinois State Board of Elections has notified Will County Clerk Nancy Schultz Voots the Voter Participation Center (VPC) will be sending out a mailing in mid- June to unregistered but eligible; voters who have moved into the state or from one county to another since the last Election. This mailing was not originated from the Will County Clerk’s Office.
According to the State Board of Elections, the VPC is a legitimate company operating as a nongovernment, nonprofit, and nonpartisan 501 (c)(3) organization. Therefore, the Will County Clerk’s Office must process the voter registration forms properly completed and returned to our office.
