Algonquin To Host 'Santa Beep And Greet'

ALGONQUIN, IL — The coronavirus pandemic may have changed how children interact with Ol' Saint Nick; however, it hasn't stopped meet and greets with the big guy in red entirely.

On Saturday, Dec. 5 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Algonquin Recreation will host a "Santa Beep and Greet." The event will take place at Jacobs High School, which is at 2601 Bunker Hill Dr. in Algonquin.

Cozy up in those PJs and load the family up in the car to be transported over to the North Police for a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Visitors will be asked to remain in their vehicles for the entire time.

Of course, Santa and Mrs. Clause to look forward to seeing everyone!
