Assault
Vanessa M. Bordenaro, 24, of 2 Steven Court, Algonquin, was charged with assault on Feb. 16, police said. Bordenaro was released after posting $120 bond and given a court date of March 20.

Warrant Arrests Â
 Jennifer L. Daley, 37, of 632 Edwards Avenue,  #2N, West Dundee, was taken by Algonquin Police into custody on a DeKalb County warrant for contempt of court Feb. 17, according to reports.

Police took Daley into custody at an Algonquin residence. She was transported to McHenry County Jail.

Refugio R. Saavedra, 31, of 22 Oxford Court, Algonquin, was arrested Feb. 17 on a warrant out of McHenry County for contempt, police said.
He was released after posting $500 and given a court date of Feb. 27.
