ALGONQUIN, LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL — Christmas is likely to look different this year as millions of Americans opt to stay home, marking the holiday with smaller celebrations amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Jewel-Osco: All locations close at 6 p.m. Christmas Eve; last home delivery/Drive Up and Go pickup 3 p.m. Closed Christmas Day.

ALDI: Stores will be open Christmas Eve, but hours will vary by location; closed on Christmas Day.
- Aldi, 425 S. Randall Road, Algonquin
Costco: Most stores will be open limited hours Christmas Eve, and all stores will be closed Christmas Day. Call ahead to confirm hours with your local store.
