LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL — The Lake in the Hills Police Department responded to the following incidents in recent days:

June 30: Officers received a report of criminal damage to property at the Bark Park, 9027 Haligus Road. A portable restroom was damaged by fire, according to the police report.

June 29: The Lake in the Hills Police Department res ponded to the intersection of Miller Road and Hayward Lane at 3:47 a.m. for a report of a ring that had been located.

June 27: Authorities received a report of a person who battered another person and damaged their car in the 400 block of Thunder Ridge at about 9:09 a.m.

June 25: A citation was issued following a reported battery in the 100 block of Hilltop Drive just before 9 a.m.

June 25: Police received a report of a bench seat and a picnic table that was damaged at Sunset Park.

June 23: Police received a report of a tree that fell on a house at about 3:19 a.m. in the 100 block of Hickory Road.
