ALGONQUIN, IL — A 24-year-old Chicago man faces sex assault charges after he arranged to meet with a 15-year-old girl at an Algonquin park, police said.
Rafael Brill is being held on a $50,000 bail at the McHenry County Jail in connection with the Wednesday incident at Holder Park, 1040 Timberwood Lane. When officers arrived, they found a teen walking away from the park and saw a man inside a white Honda Civic. The man used a phone app to arrange to meet with the girl, police said.
