New Traffic Restrictions At Randall Road Intersection

Left turns and through movements from Stonegate Road onto or across Randall Road will not be allowed starting Jan. 9, 2020.

ALGONQUIN, IL — In an effort to increase safety for motorists who are entering Randall Road, new traffic movement restrictions will be enforced beginning Thursday, the Village of Algonquin announced Monday via the McHenry County Division of Transportation. Left turns and through movements from Stonegate Road onto or across Randall Road will not be allowed, but motorists will still be able to make right turns onto Randall Road from Stonegate Road, officials said (see photo).

The turning movement restrictions will be permanent, and a signal will be added to the intersection as part of the Randall Road Improvements.
