Police Blotter: DUI, Domestic Battery and Resisting Arrest

April 23, 2015

James L. Palella, 36, of the 2900 block of Talaga Drive was arrested at his home at 9:28 p.m. on a warrant from McHenry County for resisting arrest, police reported. He was taken to McHenry County Jail.

April 22, 2015

Rafael L. Torres, 43, of the 900 block of Chippewa in Carpentersville was arrested in the 400 block of S. Randall Road at 3:26 a.m., on charges of DUI and Improper Lane Use, police reported. He was taken to the McHenry County Jail.

David R. Marcial, 33, of the 2000 block of Silverstone Drive in Carpentersville was arrested at Algonquin Road and Randall Road at 11:48 p.m., on charges of driving while license revoke and head lamp use, police reported. He posted bond and was released.

April 21, 2015

Matthew T. Howard, 18, of the 0 - 10 block of Medinah in Lake in the Hills was arrested at Crystal Lake Road and Woody Way in Lake in the Hills at 3:09 a.m., on charges of burglary to motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, theft from motor vehicle and possession of stolen property, police reported. He was taken to McHenry County Jail.

Emilie Lyn Graham, 29, of the 1200 block of Geringer Rd was arrested on a warrant from the McHenry County Sheriff for Violation of an order of protection, police reported. She was unable to post bond and was taken to the McHenry County Jail.

Christopher M. Raine, 43, of the 2300 block of Stonegate Road was arrested at his home on a charge of domestic battery, police reported. He was taken to Kane County Jail.
