School District 300 Foundation Now Part of AmazonSmile

Visit smile.amazon.com to have Amazon donate a portion of your purchase at no extra cost to support innovative Foundation student programs.

ALGONQUIN, IL – School District 300 Foundation for Educational Excellence is now part of AmazonSmile, an easy way community members can automatically support local students every time they shop, at no additional cost. The Foundation’s AmazonSmile link, https://smile.amazon.com/ch/13-4241799, has the exact same prices, selection and convenience as Amazon.com, with the added bonus that Amazon donates .5 percent of eligible purchases to the Foundation.

Tens of millions of products on AmazonSmile are eligible for donations. You will see eligible products marked “Eligible for AmazonSmile donation” on their product detail pages. Shoppers can use the same account on Amazon.com and AmazonSmile. Shopping cart, Wish List, wedding or baby registry, and other account settings are also the same.

The mission of the School District 300 Foundation for Educational Excellence is to enhance and extend learning opportunities for all students in D300, one of the largest districts in the state. Since its founding in 2002 by a group of community volunteers, the Foundation has raised well over half a million dollars for District 300 schools and students. The Foundation focuses on four areas of impact: Literacy, Performing and Fine Arts, Science and Technology, and Student Leadership.
