Village Winter Parking Regulations In Effect

ALGONQUIN, IL — 'Tis the season to watch where you're parking in the Village. Winter parking regulations began Thursday and will remain in effect between the hours of 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. until April 15, 2020. According to a release from the Village, parking is prohibited on any public street in the Village between those hours, in addition to being prohibited after any snowfall of 2 inches or greater, unless the street has been cleared of snow.

Short-term parking requests including residents with special parking issues may be submitted online under the "Over Night Parking" section. Residents can also contact the Algonquin Police Department at 847-658-4531, the Village said.
