Aurora Breaks Ground On $11M Lofts In Keystone Building
The Keystone Lofts will feature retail spaces and 33 luxury apartments.

AURORA, IL — The historic Keystone Building in Aurora is slated to transform into a multi-million dollar loft space, complete with luxury apartments and retail spaces. Aurora Mayor Richard Irvin recently helped to break ground on the $11 million project at 30 S. Stolp Ave. downtown, which will update the nearly century-old building with new elevators, a private lounge, and more.
In a statement, Irvin said, "We are taking yet another building in Aurora and breathing new life into it."
The development will feature 33 one-bedroom luxury apartments equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, and other amenities. Residents will have access to a lounge space, along with retail shops that will be on the building's first level.
