Aurora home sales for the month of February decreased in volume by 21.4% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 25.3% from $144,450 to $181,000. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 8.9%, while the median sale price rose by 19.8% from $158,500 to $189,950. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 44%, while the median sale price rose by 31% from $131,500 to $172,250.
