Barrington 220 School Security Enhanced by Front Office

Barrington area schools are locked down securely but individual schools have an extra layer of security in the form of front office staff, reports the Chicago Tribune.

Security at schools increased as a result of such incidents like Columbine and more recently, Sandy Hook Elementary school. Front staff has enhanced those security systems, the newspaper reports.
