Barrington Police: DUI, Underage Drinking Arrests

Police release reports from the week of September 21.

Katherine E. Speiss, 47, of 530 Shorely Drive #204, Barrington, was arrested for driving under the influence, improper lane usages and no insurance on September 21, police said. She was released on bond and given a Cook County court date of October 31.

A Union Pacific Railroad employee reported on September 25 that numerous railroad spikes appeared to be out of place, according to reports.

Maria B. Morales‐Hernandez, 38, of 702 Brighton Circle, Port Barrington, was arrested for unlawful possession of fictitious identification card, unlawful possession of

Fraudulent identification card, no valid driver’s license and talking on cellular phone in a school zone on September 26, according to police. Moralez-Hernandez was taken to Lake County bond calls and given a signature bond and a court date of October 22.

Police took a report for criminal damage to property in the 100 block of Fox Hunt Trail on September 27, according to reports.

Lamont D. McPherson, 20, of 96 Fox Lane, Wheeling, was arrested for resisting a peace officer and underage consumption of alcohol at 100 W. Northwest Hwy on September 28, police said. McPherson was released on bond and given a Lake County court date of October 18.
