Bears Linebacker To Visit South Barrington Church
Acho is coming to the church in celebration of the life and legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr.

SOUTH BARRINGTON, IL — Willow Creek Community Church will host Chicago Bears linebacker Sam Acho Saturday and Sunday in a celebration of the life and legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. as the civil rights leader's holiday approaches.
Teaching Pastor Steve Carter will interview Acho, according to a press release, about how Acho "fuels his faith on and off the field, and will challenge attendees" with how they can support harmony between racial groups.
The interviews will be at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, and at 9 and 11:15 a.m. Sunday. The service will also feature a video interview with Acho and George McCaskey, the Bears' chairman, about experiences that have impacted their team and community.

Acho was nominated by the Bears for the Walter Paytom Man of the Year Award, which honors NFL players who strive to do good in their community.
Senior Pastor Bill Hybels will also speak with attendees, challenging them to "Reset Your View on Humanity," the release said.
