Free Estate Planning Seminars Available

It takes more than a simple will to protect your family’s future. Kelleher & Buckley, LLC of North Barrington will be holding two free seminars to discuss why it’s important to protect your assets and your family with a sound estate plan.

The seminars will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 29 and 7 p.m. Thursday, November 7 at the North Barrington offices of Kelleher & Buckley, LLC, at 102 South Wynstone Park Drive, Suite 100.

The seminar, “What Happens to Your Family When Something Happens to You”, will address the use of revocable living trusts, gifting strategies, IRA planning, and other well-established tools to ensure that all you’ve worked for won’t be gone when you are. The seminar will review how to manage your assets and finances so that courts and tax authorities are not left to determine what happens to them after your death. These seminars will inform the community about the specific steps to take to protect your family’s future.
