PHOTOS: Meatheads Holds Special Pre-Opening Event

The new restaurant treated hundreds of customers to a free meal on Sunday.

Meatheads of Barrington officially opens its doors to the public July 22, but the restaurant held a special pre-opening event Sunday to prepare for the big day. 

Those who attended the event received a free meal, and were able to check out the cool new restaurant specializing in fresh burgers, hand cut french fries and creamy milkshakes. Donations were accepted to benefit families in need through the Barrington Park District. 

Meatheads is located at 500 N. Hough Street next to Heinen's Fine Foods.
