Summer Concert in the Park

Rockabilly to 1960s classics, the Sting Rays play it all.

The band is a festival favorite due to their music, their rapport with audiences and their moves, the Barrington Park District’s website states.

The Sting Rays is the featured performer at the park district’s Summer Concert series at 7 to 8:30 p.m. tonight, July 24, at Citizens Park, 511 Lake Zurich Road.

The Sting Rays perform a wide variety of music, from rock and roll from the 1960s to the 1970s, and have recorded two popular CDs, Electric Sea and Walk the Plank.
